DISASTERS AT BUFFALO. - The schooner ELM CITY broke loose from the pier at the Lookout, turned around, and ran up the Creek, colliding with one of of Evan's Line propellers at the Atlantic Dock. The schooner lost her jibboom, while the propeller escaped injury.
