      The prop. CITY OF CONCORD, on entering Oswego harbor yesterday, owing to some misunderstanding in signals, drifted and finally ran into the schr. KNIGHT TEMPLAR. The propellers steering pole, head board, and stairs leading to the upper deck were carried away. The vessel sustained no damage.
