ALVA B. Propeller, official U. S. Number 106738, of 83 Gross Tons, and built in 1890. Vessel stranded 22 miles West of Cleveland, Lake Erie on Nov. 1, 1917. With eight persons on board, no lives were lost, vessel was classed as a total loss.
