Capt. E.P. Dorr has received a dispatch dated Port Colborne, Aug. 23, that about 10:00 yesterday morning the tug M. PARSON ran down the tug S. NORCROSS, about 5 miles west of Port Colborne, and is sunk in 48 ft. of water.
