      . . . . .

A telegram from Port Stanley states that the schr. MINNEHAHA, Capt. Dibble, laden with wheat is sunk off that port in 4 fathoms of water. We have no particulars, but the presumption is that the vessel will be a total loss. The MINNEHAHA is owned by Capt. Dibble and doubtless is fully insured.

THE SCHOONER MINNEHAHA. -- We have learned that this vessel sunk two miles off Port Stanley. Her cargo of wheat which was from this port and consigned to Buffalo parties is, of course, a total loss. Capt. Dibble, master and owner of the MINNEHAHA has engaged a small vessel to go out and take off the sails and rigging, and whatever else can be saved, and it is probable that the hull will be a total loss. The vessel was of 172 tons burthen, and insured for $8,000.
