She became waterlogged in the heavy weather of Wednesday night and went on the Point. She was kept free for some time, but finally sank. The tug PEREW has gone to her assistance. She was insured.       The schr. COMELY, which went to pieces on Pt. Abino in the storm on Thursday, was built at Oswego in 1845; was rebuilt in 1850; and again rebuilt in 1865. She was valued at about $4,300, and was insured in a Chicago company, we learn for $4,000. Her cargo of coal was owned by Geo. Dakin & Co. of this city.
