THE JAMES G. BLAINE A TOTAL LOSS.

Oswego, July 9. -- The barge JAMES G. BLAINE parted a tow line in the heavy sea yesterday and grounded east of the harbor. The BLAINE is breaking up and vessel and cargo will be a total loss. The BLAINE was formerly the schooner PENSAUKEE, a famous ship in the days of sailing craft.
