GOWEN, A.Y. Dredge, Struck a pier of the International Bridge crossing the Niagara River at Buffalo- Fore Erie, because her anchors fouled. July 12, 1915. She travelled about three miles and sank in 23 feet of water, in the Govt. Ship Canal, Buffalo. Crew rescued.
