ASHORE.- We learn by Capt. Lamb, of the steamer WISCONSIN, that the schooner D. N. BARNEY is ashore at Forty Mile Point, Lake Huron, and in a very critical situation. She is loaded with potter's clay in bulk and bound up. She is full of water, and having foundered on the rocks, it is difficult to ascertain the extent of her damage.
