Brig S.B. RUGGLES, was caught out in the gale of Monday night. The weather being so heavy, the Capt. put into Port Maitland, on the Canada side, where he found she had leaked badly, having some three feet of water in her hold. He noted protest. Kept her pumps at work, and arrived in port yesterday afternoon.
