A Launch. - James A. Baker, Esq. will launch his fine clipper schooner at the Marine Railway, to-day, at 11 o'clock precisely. This vessel very appropriately carries the stars on her top-mast, as well as her signal, having been registered by the Association of Underwriters of the Lakes as an "A 1" vessel, this being the highest register ever given to any vessel heretofore built on Lake Ontario. After she is launched one of Ald. Dobbie's tugs will take her in tow on an excursion of five or six miles on the Lake, with a company of invited guests, and more particularly for the benefit of the mechanics employed in the construction of the craft, and their families.
