June 7 - Schooner CLEVELAND, Lumm, Master, ashore at Cunningham's Island, Lake Erie; crew saved; vessel lost, 90 tons, old; $1,000.

      The schooner CLEVELAND, was driven ashore at Cunningham's Island, on the night of the 7th inst., and we regret to learn was lost, together with the master and five hands, all of whom are supposed to have perished.

SCHOONER WRECKED. - We learn from Capt. Perry, of the KENTUCKY, that the schooner CLEVELAND, Lumm, master, which had gone to Cunningham's Island, for a load of stone, went ashore at that place on the night of the 7th inst., and was taotally lost - together with all on board. There were five person beside the master, who is a single man, on board, and our informant says, scarcely a vestige of the vessel was to be seen after the storm.

      It turns out by information obtained from the officers of the FULTON, that Capt. Lumm and crew of the schooner CLEVELAND, were saved, together with a part of the sails and rigging.

      The report that all hands on board the schooner CLEVELAND were lost at the time of the sinking of that vessel at Cunningham's Island, proved to be erroneous. The vessel and her cargo alone were lost.
