      The prop. LAKE ERIE bound from Chicago to Montreal with wheat, sprung a leak in her steam pipe about 15 miles from Port Colborne. She arrived there with water in her hold, and immediately proceeded to the elevator, where the dry grain is being taken out. A good portion of the grain is wet.
