      Milwaukee, Wis., Sept. 12. -- Judge Dyer has rendered a decision in the case of then schooner R. P. MASON vs. the BERTIE CALKINS in favor of the MASON, and entered judgment for close upon $4,000. The vessels, it will be remembered, were in collision off Big Point sauble in 1873.
