      The schr. R.J. GIBBS, when near the mouth of the Detroit River, was fouled by a down bound tow, one of which pretty effectually cleared her out of her jibboom, head-gear and small boat, and otherwise damaging her in the sum of about $400. She is now at the Detroit drydock for the requisite repairs. The GIBBS has no cargo on board.
