The schr. OSBORNE, ore laden and ashore, will doubtless prove a total loss. Several wreckers have looked at her and declined the job, while capt. Grummond telegraphs that he has given her a hard trial and gave up. She was valued at $35,000 and insured for $30,000, and was owned by Mr. Wilcox of Painesville, Ohio.
Late - A special dispatch from Port Colborne to this paper sys the schr. OSBORNE has gone all to pieces, and a good part of the wreck has gone ashore.
