Launch of the New Tug. - The new tug of Ald. Dobbie, was launched above the bridge on Saturday afternoon, in the presence of a large concourse of spectators. She was decked in bridal robes and glided into her native element gracefully and beautifully, and sits like "a thing of life" upon the waters. She is named the Wm. Morgan, after the gentlemanly inspector of the North Western Insurance Company in this city, who broke the bottle in the nautical baptismal ceremony. She is very staunch built, and of beautiful model, with a power and superior Philadelphia engine.
