Another Death by Drowning. - A man named Charles Bough, keeper of a grocery on the canal near the big dam, was drowned in the lock at that point, yesterday morning. he was assisting in locking a boat through, and by some means or other became entangled in the tow line which threw him into the water. The deceased was an Irishman, about forty years of age. he leaves a wife and four children.
