      . . . . .

We have to add to the already long list of disasters, the most of which are the result of the late storm. The schr. ST. PAUL and schr. DENMARK, both bound up, while on opposite tacks, collided in Pt. au Pelee passage on Saturday night. The latter was damaged severely in mainsail and otherwise. The former was slightly injured. Both have since arrived up. The scow BANNER, while lying at anchor opposite the Detroit & Milwaukee dock, on Sunday, had her jibboom broken off by the schr. GERTRUDE, which was passing down in a tow. The BANNER lost an anchor a few days since while at anchor under Long Pt. The brig FOX encountered the gale on Lake Erie, bound up, and carried away her centerboard. She has arrived here and is having it replaced. The stm. FORESTER and schr. W.B. HIBBARD collided during a fog on Saturday night on Lake Huron. The schooner was damaged so that she sunk on her arrival in the river St. Clair, alongside the bank. Report has it that the FORESTER sank also, but we cannot vouch for the correctness of the rumor.
