FILLED AND CAPSIZED.---The Scow A. HOWES, lumber laden sprang a leak, filled and rolled over on her beam ends on Lake Erie, Tuesday night. Her deck load was thrown over when she again righted and was worked back to Malden. Her cabin furniture and papers were lost.
