Description
Full Text

The weather is spring-like to-day, and the snow is fast running off. There is an unusual freshet in the Oswego River, and the water is still rising. The ice having mostly gone out of the Harbor, no serious damage to vessels or other property is now apprehended from high water. The coffer-dam in the River is suffering in places more or less injury.
