A launch took place on Saturday afternoon of a very fine canal boat, of the first class, from the yard of Mr. Samuel Miller, in the Cove. The boat is named David Whitehead, owned by M. Hennessy, and is 95 feet long on deck, 16 feet wide, and 7 feet deep, and is swill finished, reflecting great credit on the builder. We notice several other boats in different stages of progress in Mr. Miller's yard.
