First Arrival of the Season. - The schooner Wm. Lewis, Capt. R. Kellogg, arrived at this port from Genesee River, yesterday about 2 o'clock P.M., with a cargo of 12,500 bushels of wheat. She left Genesee on Sunday evening. Capt. Kellogg encountered no ice and saw none on his way down. Navigation is fairly open, and there is no impediment to vessels going or coming from Toronto.
