COLLISIONS. - The Chicago Tribune says the schooner SPARTAN, in tow of the tug ORIOLE, collided with the schooner E.M. PECK, carrying away the jib-boom and bowsprit of the former.
The bark J.S. AUSTIN, in tow of the tug MONITOR, collided with the propeller OTTAWA, tearing away the forward part of the cabin of the propeller and otherwise damaging her to the externt of $110
