New Steam Tugs. - The new tug boat Ontario, built in Philadelphia, arrived Wednesday. Another new tug is also to arrive shortly from the same place. She is considerably larger than any tug now in the harbor, and will arrive from sea via the St. Lawrence River. Both of the new boats are owned by H.M. Ames and Capt. Joseph Kimball, of this city, and are designed for service on Lake Ontario. The Oswego fleet will then number about eight tug boats, and a finer fleet of tugboats can hardly be mustered elsewhere on the Lakes.
