TRANSIT Schooner, had her main-boom carried away on Lake Michigan, September 1866. property loss $50

TRANSIT Schooner of 131 Tons, owned at Manitowoc. Bound from Chicago to Waukegan, went ashore at Waukegan, September 1866. Lost her deck load of lumber. Property loss, hull $800 insurance $500, Loss to cargo $780
