      The schooner SWALLOW capsized and drifted ashore near Etobicoke Creek. It is supposed that the crew were lost. She loaded at Highland Creek for Toronto. The Captain was Wm. Hutchinson, a well known skipper on the lake, having sailed on Lake Ontario for over thirty years.
