MEMORANDA.---The Brigs MAJOR OLIVER, and schooner H. NORTON, ADELAIDE and HARVE, arrived at Chicago on the 2nd.inst. The ROCKY MOUNTAIN and PHILADELPHIA cleared the day previous for Michigan City, and the Brig ERIE to St. Joseph's. On their way over they experienced a blow, and put back again to port. The PHILADELPHIA sprung her main-mast and carried away her fore-sail.
