MEMORANDA.--from Mr. Richards of the MISSOURI.--Cleared from Chicago Sept. 23, and outside a few miles, bound in to Chicago, the schooner NAVIGATOR had no boat on her davits, probably lost in a gale, which she must have encountered on Lake Michigan.
