MEMORANDA.--From Mr. Richards of the MISSOURI.--Oct. 13--in the River St. Clair, above Pt. du Chien, Brigs ROSA and ROCKY MOUNTAIN. On the Flats, aground, Brig MAJOR OLIVER, steamboat HURON alongside. Thinks she got off while we were in sight.
