We see by the Globe that an arrangement has been made between the Northern Railway Co., and E.B. Ward, the great steamboat proprietor of Detroit, to run a line of boats between Collingwood and Chicago next season. In addition to this another line of boats in connection with the Northern will run from Toronto to Ogdensburgh.
