Buffalo.--- The schooner SUNRISE, ashore off Evanstown, is insured for $14,000 in the Hull pool. Her cargo is said to be covered in the British American.

Chicago.---The schooner SUNRISE, Captain P. Conners, which went ashore last Thursday, at Wilmette, about 16 miles north of Chicago, was released by the Dunham Towing and Wrecking Company's tugs MORFORD and THIELCKE and towed into this port by the tug O.B. GREEN, arrived last Sunday about 9 p.m.. The MORFORD and THIELCKE, both got a line in their wheel and the O.B. GREEN, towed them home with the SUNRISE. The SUNRISE was coal laden from Buffalo and will be placed in drydock as soon as she is unloaded.

Schooner SUNRISE of 417 tons, built 1862 and owned by the Hibernian Bank. Home port, Chicago. Class A 2. On June 9, 1887 vessel with a cargo of coal, went ashore on Lake Michigan, a partial loss of $12,000.
