Milwaukee.---On September 19, 1884 the schooner ELIZA GERLACH collided with the schooner T.H. HOWLAND in the Straits, damaging the HOWLAND to the extent of $3,000. The GERLACH was libeled and the suit argued at Milwaukee on Tuesday. Judge Dyer decided that the GERLACH was at fault.
