Propeller J.H. PRENTICE, of 472 tons, home port, Saginaw. Owned by Sanborn and classed as A 1 Built 1885. On May 31, 1887 carrying a cargo of ore, vessel went ashore on Lake Huron. Got off, with partial damages of $2,500.
