Chicago.---The schooner CHARLIE MARSHALL, owned by J.D. Marshall, of this port, lost her mainmast and mizzen topmast and sprung her mizzenmast, off Clay Banks, at noon on the 31st., in a heavy gale. She also lost most of her canvas.
