Sault Ste.Marie.---The steambarge M.B. GROVER has locked down with a broken wheel. Is is undecided whether she will go to Milwaukee for drydock repairs, or wait a steambarge of the Bradley fleet to tow her to Duluth. She is a new boat and loaded with 2,100 tons of coal. As there is no insurance on her, Captain Stone deems it unadvisable to proceed to Duluth without assistance.
