ICE AT DULUTH. - The propeller Garden City arrived down on Saturday from Duluth. Capt. Shaver reports that there are yet considerable quantities of ice in Lake Superior near Duluth, and that, in all probability it will be some time yet before it is all gone. This is quite remarkable, the fact of the 10th of July, almost the middle of summer, witnessing ice in considerable quantities on Lake Superior while the thermometer is ranging 95 deg. to 100 deg. in the shade.
