A RELIC - The hull of the old steamer Philo Parsons, which figures in the history of the war of the rebellion as having been captured on Lake Erie by rebel officers with the view of releasing prisoners on Johnson's Island, is on the bottom of the North Branch at Chicago near Ogden's Canal, where she has been for several years past.
