Propeller PROGRESS of 1,310 tons. Built 1880. Owned by the M. T. Co. Port of hail Milwaukee. Classed A 1 and a half. On July 4, 1887, vessel with a cargo of ore went ashore on Lake Michigan. Property loss, hull $3,000.
