Two Propellers Broke Down - The steam schooners Oswego and Chicago have both broken down, while on their way to the upper lakes. The former, shortly after leaving Detroit, last week, and the latter, on Sunday last, somewhere between Port Stanley and Cleveland, where they now lie repairing. The Indiana overtook the Chicago in a disabled condition, and towed her in. The Vandalia, another of the propellers, left Oswego on the 14th inst., and had reached Milwaukee in ten days.
