LOST OVERBOARD.---Mr. Horatio Dougherty, mate of the schooner LUCINDA, was lost overboard on Friday last, near Racine. Mr.D., fell from the bowsprit and the vessel passed over him, he came to the surface once, but sank immediately after Every exertion was made to save him, but without success. His friends reside in Genesee County, in this State.
