SOVEREIGN OF THE LAKES.---This vessel which got on to the Lime Kiln Reef on the Canadian side of the Niagara River on Saturday last, when the ice was running so as to prevent her making this harbor, lies in a very bad situation. She has bilged and leaks badly, and it is feared that the running ice may cut her badly. A steam pump was sent to her yesterday by the Mutual Insurance Company.
