Description
Full Text

A collision took place before daybreak yesterday morning between the tugs ARROW and ELLIOTT off Bar Point, Lake Erie, and while each were engaged in picking up a tow. The damage to the former will probably amount to over $200, her bows being in a sadly dilapidated condition. The injuries to the latter tug are of trifling nature. The ARROW has been towed back to port, and will at once be put in proper repair.-------Detroit Free press
