Prosperity Of The Town Of Niagara - The Niagara Chronicle, of the 24th ult. informs us, that few towns in the province have improved in a greater ratio, within the last two or three years, than Niagara; and that the approaching season will probably be one of the busiest ever known. The Dock Company is in full and active operation. Two new steamers, of the first class, are to be laid down forthwith - one for Captain Richardson, and the other for Donald Bethune, Esq..
