ASHORE AND SUNK. - The schooner Exchange, laden with stone, while endeavoring to get under way from the dock at Kelley's Island Friday afternoon last (20th), got ashore, running upon rocks and sunk. Aid was sent for at Cleveland, and it is thought that she will be released without trouble.

THE SCHOONER EXCHANGE. - This vessel, ashore at Kelley's Island, would not be disturbed by the storm of yesterday, being protected from westerly winds. She is owned by Capt. James Lawler, who purchased her the present season from Capt. A. Bradley of Cleveland.
