Mr. F.S. Wheeler of the INDIANA has again furnished us with a full memorandum
Brig ROSA, from St. Joseph, loaded with wheat, rudder gone at Chicago. Ashore at Michigan City, schr. H. NORTON, vessel not much damaged.
