Roscoe House, Lighthouse Inspector of this district, has ordered a buoy placed at the wreck of the derrick scow No.49 of the Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Co.'s fleet which was yesterday reported going to pieces 7 miles from Port Colborne on a direct course taken by ships leaving or coming to Buffalo.
