We learn from Capt. Stewart of the steamer MICHIGAN, in this morning from Buffalo, that the propeller GLOBE, bound up, broke some part of her machinery when 15 miles from Erie, and was towed into that port by the OHIO. She repaired and left Erie last night. - Cleveland Herald, 23rd.
