Escanaba, May 22 - The Schooner NORTHWEST, light, collided with the schooner
KINGFISHER, loaded at anchor in the harbor, striking her on the port bow, carrying away her cat-head. The NORTHWEST lost her jibboom, but suffered no serious injury.
