East Tawas, Aug. 11 - The tug OWEN towed the stmr. WAVERLY to East Tawas this morning. The SHELDON lies in 21 feet of water, and is beside an old wreck probably the PRENDULLE. The captain of the SHELDON reports that the sails were stolen off the boat last night.
